Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Rho Chapter,
Honors KSG Strategic Consulting President During
PHILADELPHIA (March 7, 2006) The Mighty Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity,
Incorporated honored Kesi Stribling, KSG Strategic Consulting President, during the 2006
Phenomenal Women's Tribute yesterday.
The Rho Chapter, which organizes and hosts community service programs to benefit
residents of the Philadelphia area, recognized Stribling for her outstanding leadership and
commitment to the Philadelphia community.
Mr. Ernest M. Merriweather, Jr., President of the Rho Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha
Fraternity, Inc., said that the chapter values the contributions made by women, and
celebrates the accomplishments of women in business, government, cultural arts, and
education. Stribling was recognized as the founder and president of KSG Strategic
Consulting, and the company's signature program, the Minority Business Strategies
Conference.
Mrs. June Blue, President of the Alpha Bettes organization (Rho Chapter), Ms. Dawn A.
Jones, President of KD Communications and the Philadelphia Black Public Relations
Society, and Ms. Kathryn D. McNeill-Battle, President of the Philadelphia Guardian Civic
League were also honored during the program.
"I'm deeply appreciative of this honor," Stribling said. "To be in the company of women who
are positively engaged in our community is humbling."
Stribling added, "It is commonplace for women to recognize the contributions of other
women and men, but the members of Alpha Phi Alpha, Rho Chapter, are commendable
visionaries for taking time to celebrate women for their strides in business and the
community."
